Brand new to nba 2k17 for ps4 need advice

I have recently transferred from PS3 version of this game and have been an avid PS3 player for years. Always played on pro difficulty on PS3 and was always fine.

Now I have on pro difficulty. Only played 1 and half games as knicks. Beat t wolves no problem kinda easy. Playing celtics now and a little bit tougher.

I am not a good player very basic. Is pro hard enough? I want to lose some and win some realistically. In the past I played Xbox one version in previous years and pro was impossible for me. Also I'm not a big sliders guy.

Second part. The only sliders I ever adjusted was injury and fatigue. Is default injury settings enough to get some on occasion? What about fatigue? Does that need to be adjusted or is default good to enough? Last question. Wear and tear. Is that like a long term thing that effects attributes or is that like progressive fatigue?

I would appreciate any feedback and advice as I would like to enjoy this game as much as possible. Thanks.

Pro will be okay, just as you get better up the difficulty. Maybe check out the Sliders section here and find something that works for you.
