Matchup changes during gameplay
Is there a way to make Matchup changes take effect directly during the game?
Up until patch 2 or 3 you could change a matchup either on the fly or in the pause menu and the change would take effect in the next defensive possession. After said patch, you will now have to take a timeout. Neither referee calls (out of bounds, foul, whatever...) nor substitutions will make the new matchups take effect.
I cannot take a timeout everytime my opponent or me makes a substitution! Is there another way?
