Update face scan?

How do you update your face scan? It only takes me straight to gameplay

You can only do it after you get drafted and get dnp your first game

I've seen people on youtube doing their Facescan and then doing the whole build file ****. There has so be another place to do it.

I'm on xbox and been trying to update mine since the the demo came out. I did the "delete saved files" process but it starts me from name input stage of mode. I've rescanned thru app already but the game wont allow.

I just realized if you skipped the intro and start nba career it allows you to rescan. Now my journey is complete
