Off-season trades/free agency after FA period

Hey, this may be a stupid question but I'm in my first crack at My Season and the game in general.

In have passed the free agency 12 day period in the off-season, however I still have to make some signings (as per real-life), and can't find a screen to sign from the FA pool, or for that matter a trade finder screen (can only trade 1 for 1 via roster menu).

Will this eventually show up by the time I sim up to training camp period, or am I not looking in the right spot?

It will eventually show up once you surpass Summer League. By the time you get to the Training part of the offseason you will be able to sign free agents.
