Is this footage of the 2k20 neighborhood real?

Supposedly this is 2k20 Neighborhood being tested by devs. But everyone is saying that it’s fake because of how similar it looks to 2k19. Something leads me to believe that this is real though because you can’t mod the Neighborhood on PC.

I thought it was fake at first because I don't remember ever seeing anything leak about the game besides shaky cam footage from some event. However, the menus look exactly the same in both screenshots and there's also that same stage area background when the guy goes into MyTeam. Also, if it is real then it confirms WNBA MyLeague as it was an option when he went into the MyLeague/MyGM section.
