PS4 Controller Lag

Is it just me, or is there a lag in the controls? There seems to be a slight lag between when perform an action on my controller and when the action occurs on the screen. Is that normal?

It seems so. I have the most trouble with icon passing. Gotta apparently hit that thing four times to pass where I want. Sigh.

Yeah but sometimes it’s just an animation takes soo long to finish and you can’t snap out of it.

Example: dribble moves mainly like the step back, and the hop step gathers. I guess 2k didn’t like how people were spamming these Moves so instead of finding a proper fix or fixing defence, they just added like 3 seconds to the end of the animation.

It's apparent on Xbox as well and It makes playing online very stressful.
