Unfortunately not true. We had 1min20sec trailer in June of an in game model of Lebron talking to himself followed by actual gameplay footage of Lebron making a steal and dunking then celebrating.

The screenshot of 2k telling us the obvious of 2k21 being released on console release days today shows that most likely the short trailer we got of Zion was misleading to say the least and wasn’t actual gameplay

Because 2k had us believe thats what it was going to look like. Now they were clearly misleading us

The bottom pic looks ridiculously photo realistic to me

Trailers always look better than the actual gameplay. Don't know why anybody would expect anything different.

I don’t think you’re taking into account the fact that the top pic is in gym with ‘natural’ lighting and the bottom pic is taken in an arena. The textures look the same, only thing is Zion is sweating way more in the top pic.

I know that, but there's still a difference. Gameplay won't look like a cinematic.
