MyLeague Games going back to main screen after game?

For some reason when I am exiting MyLeague games after a game is completed it's taking me back to the Main Screen of the game (Not the MyLeague Screen) and the game isn't counting. I tried playing the same game twice and the same thing happened after each game. It's hanging on the pop up where it says it's recording my earnings and the only way I can get past it is to hit "Quit" and when I do I end up back on the main screen. What is going on here? PS4 version.

Weird it only affects my current File. If I load an older save or start a new Franchise it works fine but if I play my current file it does the same thing every time. Even if I sim through the game I keep replaying and play the next one it keeps hanging on the saving my earnings popup.
