Online Franchise Timers question

Hey all, Im playing in an online franchise and i keep getting notifications for "trust attrition" "give score for relationships" "give team action points" etc expiring and i have no idea what they mean, or how to actually do any of these things? Anyone know how these work and where the hell to access them? Trying to destroy my buddies in this thing and dont want them having any excuses about not getting enough action points or whetevertheheckever haha.

No kidding right? Appreciate the insight but how do I assign them?? Also can't seem to sign a free agent mid-season? I submit contact offer then nothing happens and the player never signs.

if you want to sign a free agent, an admin can end the free agent decision timer. He needs to open the timer Menu with right Stick down, select the free agent timer and end it.
