So i got the rosters downloaded, but they all have generic shoes?? what do i do

So we do the shoes file the same way with Horizon except we don't use chrome?

Just tried it still says unreadable the roster works for me but I still get generics.

In English please!!!! i read that already!!!! i downloaded them both.......im using horizon and i rehash and resign both of em........and when i load them the shoes arent on there!!!

Handle the shoe files in the exact same manner you would handle the roster file, EXCEPT leave the Profile ID as all zeros. Don't touch the Profile ID at all.
