'Personality Traits': Play4winner, loyalty, Finsecurity (RedMC related)

Has anyone tried tweaking these to see how they affect offseasons and progressing seasons in association? Most of them out of the box are pretty generic. I have little faith these ratings mean much, but maybe we can help recreate more realistic off-seasons by making them more accurate to their real life counterparts if by any chance they are implemented correctly.

For example: Lowering an aging veteran's Financial Security rating so he would be more willing to take a one year minimum deal.

They very much play a role in the offseason. If you put LeBrons loyalty below 50 he will almost always test free agency. If you put jarrett jack's play for winner and financial security lower he will be more likely to accept a sixth man role and not cause issues all season.

They play a HUGE role.

Wow. That's interesting and awesome because the ratings from 2k are awful. Just looking at them now and they are 95% completely random and inaccurate. Has anyone that you know of attempted to create a roster with them fully edited?

I know what you mean. It's almost like they only edited the personalities of the BK Nets and Heat.

My upcoming Take That 2K roster will have personality edits.

Need help? Will your roster have all of the FAs that are actually playing in Europe and DLeague IRL, willing to take one year minimums?

It has most of them, yes. Including some of the better players from the euro league, but I haven't edited them that extensively, yet.
