Thank you. I will do my best. And hopefully I will be getting some help soon, so I can keep this project alive.

For the Association file, you do just like the rosters: rehash/resign the file, put it on an USB drive compatible with your Xbox and then load it from the game. Easy as that.

It depends.
If you want the most updated rosters including many of this year's rookies, you have to download the offseason roster and then start an association on your own. But be aware that that isn't a final version, so many players have 0$ contracts due to haven't agreed to a contract yet in real life.

The Association file was last updated on March 7th.
