2k10 Slider Predicton based for realistic association stats

Simmed stats are much better this year from the screens that I have seen. Here are some projected improvments.

1. Scores are to low.
2. Way to many 3pt shots
3. Role players not scoring enough
4. Rookie ppg need to increase.

All these seem like some easy fixing with some tweaking of team tendencies and sliders

Being able to conrol all 30 teams will be huge for us stat junkies

No way to predict that rookies PPG need to increase when the season hasn't started for us to have anything to compare it to.
