Just played one game AWESOME. AI already alot harder and more realastic, just limted to one cam . I feel sorry for my customers(I'm a waiter) that I wait on tomorrow...no sleep for me.

I see you can no longer just direct lead pass someone to the basket as you could last year. Good job 2K

Ok well a few things i said in the other thread. The dunks and layup from a pass seem more fluid damn near seamless. The post animations are so smooth. Little dribble moves are sweet. Dunks are so much more realistic to bad it took them all these years to get the dunks to look and feel good. There seems to be randomness when passing in the post. I don't know how much but it's there. I tried to hit Dirk in the high post with Haslem fronting him and i overthrew the pass from Terry and the ball went out. Also i had a pass tipped and it went up and hit the rim and Josh Howard dived onto the ball. The cpu hustles they butts off.

Ok you can't just stay real close on a player like before when you play d. You know what i mean when you like all on top of him and they don't call a foul just because you didn't hit the steal button. Now if you just keep bumping him while he is dribbling they will call a foul even if you don't try to steal.

Yea it has been confirmed; it is IMPOSSIBLE to direct lead pass for an easy shot in the paint this year. GOOD JOB MAN. People will have to work for their shots for now on.

Yeah, I noticed that..I thought it had something to do with the NBA game not featuring much cut and pass style of play, but then when I tried to run pick and rolls and i couldn't direct lead pass I got kind of pissed, so I could use some advice on that..maybe its just cause I tried to run them with shaq and he's mostly a post player?

Speaking of picks, I would have liked to seen the ability for guards to set picks..I tried but I couldn't get it to work.

Only other beef so far is the dual player control, don't really know how to make people do anything off that.

The backboard shift modifier is awesome, although it seems like it could get kind of cheap. All in all, this demo is pretty sick and this game should be super sick.

The only players on either team that didn't have their own jumper were Doleac and Anthony Johnson. Ager even looked like he had his own jumper. Devean George and Croshere had their own.

Yea there are lots of deflections good man. You have to really watch the angles in which you are passing from. This game will give a definite advantage to those that have some real basketball sense.

The right directional pad is to do your coaching options.
Right = Playcalling
Left = Coach Settings
Down = Subs

Whoa whoa whoa whoa. I just noticed something about subs

For my wing spots (1,2,3); when I tried to make a sub. It ONLY allowed me to put GP, JW, Kapono, Wade, and Posey at those positions.

So I guess from this sub screen you CAN'T put big men at the wing positions. Good job.

I like the gameplay. I don't see to many sig moves, I see shots but not really moves. Like players play like themselves type of thing. Also I am not to impressed with the player models. For instance they still have Dirks hair matted on his head with no movements. Is this just because of the fact thats its a demo? The crowd and atmosphere looks great though. Also u can now catch someone on the break and block their shot, great improvement from last year. I am just hoping that the player models are better in the final version. Any thoughts on this?

I personally could care less about graphics like that. I was satisfied with last year's graphics. The gameplay is tight man.
