2k needs to hear both sides: Sign here if your ok with the passing mechanics

I DO NOT want another "NBA 2k8 missed lay ups" situation...

Im hearing alot of backlash about deflections\ passing...and im just not having the same issue...

between the L stick, R stick and OFC, we have SO many options to put the ball exactly were you want....I love how this is simulated....If a player is there and a player is right beside him, Im perfectly fine with the defender getting a hand on the ball...The simplest way to avoid this is to guide the ball to the hand thats away from the defender by holding the L stick in that direction....

Anyway, I really want the devs who survey the forums to see both sides of this..I happen to like the system and I know alot of others do too..(not to say it cant use future tweaks)

    Passing is great.

No problems at all as long as I concentrate and pass realistically.

    Massive improvement IMO.

Please leave it as it is. Passing is no longer too easy, it takes a little skill and thought.

In 2K11, unrealistic passes are no longer an issue, leave it as it is.

Yep. happy with passing. I've had a few interceptions but they have been because I have attempted a poor pass or tried to sneak it to a cutter through three or four defenders.

            Don't change it!

I have no problem with the passing, it's excellent imo.

Yes the cpu defenders sometimes sit out in the passing lanes but you have to work around it. I love having to think about making each pass this year rather then just passing and knowing it's going through like previous years. People say they want a strategic experience then complain when we get one.

Passing is fine. The only gripe I have about it is that my ai teammates don't seem to get steals or tips at the same rate the computer does, when the computer is making some of the same passes I am, but intercepting them. Aside from that, I'm fine with how it is.

With total passing control turned on, passing is fine.

Turn up your plays passing lanes slider and that will help with that. That is what I had to do. Now my teammates get steals on their own.

The passing is fine. There is a learning curve but once you get used to playing smarter....this game is amazing.

Passing is fine. For the first time, I really have to think about getting a good angle.

Now, with that said, future versions of the game could include a little more aggressiveness from my own players to go to the ball, but I wouldn't want them to waste time patching the passing for 2k11.

                              There are two issues here:

                              1) difficulty of passes. This is done WELL. No more long passes. Executing passes is at the right difficulty.

                              2) directional passing issues, total control passing is too sluggish. This needs fixing IMO. Directional passing feels too random, when I point at a guy the ball doesn't go to him consistently. This is not realistic. It's more a wishlist item for 2k12 though. Overall the passing interface, but don't change the difficulty too much
