Team chemistry is pointless this year.

So I turned off roles at the beginning of my association and kept chemistry on. At the end all teams have almost 100% chemistry. Shouldn't the loosing team teams be getting pissed off for losing?

that's why you keep player roles 'on'.

Roles hurt my association. Don't want to see role players or rookies getting pissed off because they don't get enough mins.

Well if you turn roles off, everybody is happy. And if everybody is happy, then team chemistry is going to improve.

And just trade players that dont get any PT. I like the player roles. Overrated POS players with a no trade clause demand to be traded then they will take anything.

Are u new to the game? The cpu wont give a lot of their players enough mins, and you cant trade CPU players away.The league ends up with a **** load of pissed off players with low stats. So now teams that should make playoffs end up sucking. I just sim an association before writing this and both KG and PP are pissed for low mins so roles off. With 2K11 i would leave chemistry on and player stats would go down but not this year.
