Any word on a roster update? (Update - Within the next 48 hours)

Still no sound from anyone. Its been nearly a week without any date or info on an update. I thought that 2k would update more as the season started and almost all transactions and signings have been done.

i think they are in "hush" mode. 2nd round players should have been in a week ago.

Finally some people who see it the way I do. There is no excuse for the rosters to not be up to date. Everyone else is on 2K's side saying "they deserve time off," "give them a break they have been working hard." We are the customers and we have all been lied to once again. Dont get me wrong, this game is damn good and has improved alot but come on, the rosters are way out dated.

Give them a break. It's the holidays. The developers need time off with their friends and families too.

well if they were going on holidays they should give us a complete opening day rosters,a win win situation,they got a holiday we got what we payed for...in this situation they gave us 1/3 of rosters for example Rockets 2nd small forward is Chandler Parsons who's nowhere to be found on their roster

Parsons is a second rounder none are in the game yet. You need to relax and enjoy the holidays

When a player signs nba's office has to give the ok details to 2k, right? Is it possible that since the lockout this isn't a huge matter for the nba right now and things are moving a little slow? 2k is usually on point but I think the lockout played a huge roll in the letdown. If you're playing offline just dl a OS roster they always trump 2ks anyway.

Actually, the moment you purchased 2k you should've known you bought an incomplete game due to the lockout. Anything after the release date is actually extra. So you kind of did get what you payed for.

All I know is once the 2K guys get back to office from vacation they better bring it we can't be waiting till the end of Jan for complete rosters.

I had/have to work during the holidays, as do many others who work somewhere where you're providing a service to people who pay money for a service/product.

Plus 2K lack decency, something I've always disliked about them with 2K Basketball.
They will say for example in this case that several updates are coming with all the new signings, trades, rookies and what not. If it is the case they are taking time off, it wouldn't hurt to have the decency to say "Updates will be on hold over the Christmas/New Years period" or something like that.

Yes people would still bitch and moan, but at least we would have been notified. Not saying anything just makes it worse.
