How do you make the KD IV, Kobe VII and Lebron 9 shone name appear in Nike iD?

I'm trying to do a template and show how I create my Nike iD shoes but it won't show the name of what i'm editing. Ex: on the KD IV it doesn't show name, so you click to create one and it only shows Base, Lace, Midsole, Outsole and for Material it only shows Camo. On the Kobe VII it doesn't show the name of the shoe either and it's missing 3 labels (ex: midsole, swoosh, etc not any of these but just showin you what I mean by labels). The LeBron 9 is missing 3 labels as well. Please help?

I posted the same thing a while back because I couldn't see the names of the shoes either. The names came back (it may have been due to a roster update, I don't know) but disappeared again. I'd like to know as well.

I'm also having a problem with the Greatest Mode. Every time I enter it (not even playing it but just entering it), it resets my gameplay settings (12 minutes to 5 minutes, stuff like that).

Yea sometimes it would randomly come back but it hasn't in about a month or so

The names reappeared for me yesterday, so I saved my profile, roster and settings...

...and they are gone again today.
