NBA 2K14 WILL be playable at Gamescom

LD2K just confirmed that 2K14 will be playable at this years Gamescom in Germany.

Correction from earlier: Gamescom will feature #NBA2K14 playable for the public this Thursday-Sunday.

I'm guessing it will be the current gen version but hoping for next gen too.

My boy Jerzeyreign isn't in germany this year so we'll have to see if someone else will come up with the "stuff"

If I didn't get sent to Fort Knox this summer I would have flown back for it though. Gonna see if I got any homies in Germany going though and see if they can get video for us.

Yeah, I think you're right. No one said anything, I assume they want to milk current-gen and sell it before they start to hype the next-gen version all the way.

I believe that just like when current gen version of NBA 2k7 was released on Xbox and Xbox 360 the 360 version was a visual upgrade and had some major improvements with a little less game modes

I feel like this is going be d same thing with NBA 2k14 from the fact they already said crew is specific to current gen

wouldn't be surprise if the engine has some major improvements for next gen , which limits ;due to time, as much modes as curren gen..

fingers crossed to hear major improvements to online.....wishing.and.hoping.they utilize the cloud for dedicated servers

They've said they had two different crews work on the different version which indicated they it's not just upgraded graphics.
Also they've already said that next gen will have features and gameplay that's not in the current gen.
