Substitution Issues

I've noticed in my association that the CPU does not recognize foul trouble. I set my rotation minutes and sub based on those minutes automatically. But if one of my guys gets a couple quick fouls the computer does not pull him....is this a known issue?

I saw the same problems in last years game, guess it was never fixed just have to manually sub until its patched, if they even patch it. Auto subs worked perfectly in 2k12 from what I remember.

I haven't seen foul trouble recognized in the Career modes in 12, 13 OR now in 14, even though Kevin Harlan tells you someone's in foul trouble

Im not seeing this in Association Mode. If my guy picks up two fouls he's on the bench. They are pretty consistent too.

I do my own subs but i notice that with the cpu, thg simple dont recognize that its player is with foul toruble e let him in the game until he is fouled out, it sucks...
