Going with a small lineup (reluctantly)

Tinsley
Burks
Jefferson
Haywood
Favors

Is anyone else old school and hates running a small lineup?

That's how things have gone in real life and the style of the game reflects it. It just feels weird running with these odd unconverntional lineups. Evolve or die I guess.

Teams want to run high p'n'r and kickout for threes so it makes sense but I'am like you, I miss teams going really big.

Maybe the Pacers and Brooklyn can show you can still win by going big. I hope they do actually.

I like that you can really take advantage of small line ups this year with the 4 out 1 in formation. That's great.

i thought this thread was going to be about athletic small fowards/power fowards being better rebounders than non athletic big men in game

I just hate going small because Im so use to using Y or triangle to pass to Aldridge but I will run this lineup

I need to get use to Aldridge at 5 so I can run Dorrel Wright at the 4

Whenever I go small I get ate up. I have to go big or go home.

Sometimes even run an undersized PF at the 3 if I need to be physical.
