What is this "trucking" everyone speaks of, can someone teach me because I want some legendaries please and what does QG mean?

For some strange reason, makes no sense to me, but players who have and avg of less than 2k per stat are in protected seasons, meaning they are matched fairly against like stat players.......BUT once over that 2K per stat mark you are thrown into a grouping with EVERYONE. Yeah not fair at all.

Trucks are players who end up in your season than you have no chance at beating. look at my pics below they show some of the trucks i have ran into season after season. I am now 1-8 in my seasons, winning only my first season when i was below 2k in stats, since then i have been trucked each season.
