It will depend on your device and OS on your device. For iOS devices you setup mail in the Settings, I think it is under General. For Android I am not sure. Usually it isn't difficult to get setup as it is a pretty common feature on devices.

Hi NWGameDad,

I put in a support request email (including attachment) just over a week ago and haven't heard anything back. I know you guys are all busy with the update, and this isn't an urgent issue (card mis-training), but I wanted to know what the next steps are in order to get it resolved.

I have the email saved in my sent items if it needs to be forwarded anywhere.

If you sent in the Feedback mail then the team will get to it. I know they have been behind, but they have been pulling some extra shifts to get caught up. Don't worry they will get to you.

They should show up in your Auction Outcomes within a minute or two of getting outbid. If they didn't, then go to the title screen of the app, then log back in, and check. If they are still not there, reboot the app and try again. If still not there then send in a Feedback ticket and we will look into it and get you your Credits.

I've done all that serveral times. Also sent in a feedback ticket. I even took a screenshot of auction outcome page showing that I lost and my remaining credits. Would you like to see that?
