Is it possible to use this application with different NBA 2K16 accounts? I cannot logout from the application at all. I click logout from both the options and from the settings page. Then I reload the app and when I click the PSN button to login with a different account it automatically logins with the old one. It is impossible to logout and login with a different account on the same device.

If you were in Legendary tier, it would take roughly 250~ board resets to get a Legendary card drop. Is there still a rough soft/hard cap or pseudo random generator (increase in % per each reset below tier), or is there absolutely no limit in the RNG for board drops? That is, you could theoretically (though EXTREMELY unlikely) go 500 board clears without seeing a Legendary drop if your luck was bad enough.

I'm having issues redeeming my loyalty rewards. I logged into the app using the same login as 2k15 and it sent me to the loyalty page screen where it showed a timer for some reason and then crashed. I restarted the app and I haven't received any loyalty cards. I know for sure I did because game center showed an achievement regarding a legendary card. I tried everything to resolve this. I checked goals and then uninstall/reinstall, still nothing. I sent feedback info about this but have not received a reply yet. I don't really want to play it until it is resolved. Help please!! thanks.

My fat fingers accidently pressed the wrong letter when I was writing my IGN... So now I can't get my loyalty reward
Is there a way to rename my NBA2k16 account ? Or erase it and create a new one and link it to my PSN later ?

Loyalty reward is based on your log in through PSN, XBL, Stream, Gamecenter, and/or Android. Your IGN doesn't matter. Danan had confirmed that you can change your IGN this year and still claim your reward. Make sure you use the right account when signing in. To claim, click the gold trophy on the top left of the home screen and click CLAIM.
