Guys i have purchased two epic gordan haywoods from the auction house just purchased my 3rd and one of them disappeared. Is this a common thing ? What should i do ? Please help i already contacted support but no reply so far.

Try restarting the app. It happened to me twice before and when I shut it down and restarted,it was there.

Go to the main menu screen and then back in. Some times when you claim cards you won they don't appear and you have to back out and go back in and it should be there.
