Just give a try, lineup are:
Starpro harden max, Starpro faried max, starpro Aldridge 15, legend, legend

It makes me get about 75% win ratio
But not need to charge player that's makes me feel free

Keys to win Blacktop Challenge:

1 - Have a good Internet connection (wifi of course, not mobile).
2 - Have a very fast phone. If you dont have enought money to buy the latest generation mobile phone you are slower.
3 - Have luck with servers.

Summarizing, like in F1, no matter how good you are, if you dont have a good car you have nothing to do.

Is this a good mode for a phone?

I think this is a big issue for all cellphone games in general that use or think of using real-time PvP modes. If PC and console games have the same issue and those machines are generally hardwired using ethernet, mobile devices on WiFi or regular data definitely have a major disadvantage.

That being said CD definitely gave a more-than-decent effort with BTC. Now for those enhancement requirements in recipes... (hoping )

I was 1st and 2nd in my BTC and in the 3rd round I suddenly lost all my VP. In the end I only managed to get 2nd overall. Losing BRP and picks in the process. I hope they do something about it. If not I will be very pissed. Urrrgh

I played 1 on my cell phone (Note 4) over Verizon 4G but I was in a spot where their 4G is boosted so I was getting 40+ mbps down. I could see this definitely being an issue with smaller carriers though. In general however if I'm not on WiFi I probably don't have 25 minutes to play the mode anyways.
