What is the address to mail my memory card to get the roster? Also how many stamps does it take? Thanks in advance.

I know you can mail blacklover your card at:

CEVA
13354 Midlothian trpk
suite B102
Midlothian VA 23113

Just include in the package a self addressed, padded envelope (with postage already paid), and your memory card (obviously) & he'll return it quickly. Hope this helps.
