Is because when im trying to upload my rosters.....people from all over the country are trying to download them at the same time.

That wont work..

create a new psn id and copy rosters to that one and then upload it

Or just have a friend upload them...

try uploading on a different account. then release the name.

Not possible, the only way to transfer rosters is to upload it to your locker, and then download it to the other PSN.

so what needs to be done in order for you to get your rosters uploaded?

idk how we can stop people from trying to download them off of you..
we are all kinda stuck in a rut..
im real sorry bucko and gb2005nc.. idk how this is going to pan out
