BlockO PS3 Roster Question
How do I go about downloading the rosters from BlockO on the EALocker if I am not friends with him??

Does he provide the best rosters that are currently out there??

i'm pretty sure you don't need to be friends with him . . . just enter his online psn name and download the roster
