I didn't look at the JUCO ratings since the scale could change (so you won't have to re-rate them twice). The only JUCO edits are class changes otherwise the rest are freshmen.
Here you go:
Louisville RG Khalil Hunter should be a JR
NC State LT Daris Workman should be a JR
UCLA RT Zach Bateman should be a JR
Washington State WR CJ Dimry should be a JR
Washington State MLB Aaron Porter should be a JR. Also he is 6-3/230

I think it's another year before he's there. If we talking about this this time next year, if he holds up injury-free this year there's no reason to believe he can't be a top 2 QB in the country (contrary to what I thought through most of last year).

But with Boykin, Kessler, Ohio St. trio, and a slew of other really talented Group of 5 QB's in Keeton, Doughty, Reynolds....this year just seems like a stretch.
