I just got the game for Christmas (sorry for being a newb) and my last NCAA game was 06 (i borrowed 09 for a bit)

Anyway I am finding that Varisty was too easy, and I run up and down the field, but I am finding AA too hard, in terms of dropped passes or the AI QB completing every pass.

Any ideas or suggestions on what I should look at?

Or should I play on AA and just "get better"

Keep playing AA. You will get better. Then come back once AA is too easy and you realize heisman is impossible. That is when the sliders come in...
