It's silly. "Rookie" Peterson is supposed to give +1 Speed, but Elite Champ still runs a 94 no matter what.

I'm telling you, anyone who pays more than 25k for McFadden is a dummy.

His Elite is BETTER. And the boost is either broken or imaginary.
