and that automatically makes me a scammer? I never tested it I just assumed it worked since it was on the receipt. Contact support and they'll get you another one or just put the points on your account, they did for me when I had issues with a 3 month gold card.

Well I had my friend contact support and they tested the code and they said it was already redeemed
