Just some features i would like to see in no particular order ...
- 85 man rosters
- Duplicate #'s (The excuse they gave us this year was BS)
- KR and PR in RTG
- Adjustable camera angle for RTG
- Always need more player equipment/accessories
- Drop the mascot game (No one plays this)
- Mini games imported over from Madden, or at least give us our old mini games back (Mini games could be used in RTG instead of always being in a scrimmage type practice)
- The ability to set formation subs from the main menu, not just in game or in dynasty
- Revamped OL/DL and WR/DB interactions
- Ability to build new or upgrade stadiums in Dynasty mode
- (Will need to see how it works this year) But i expect they will need to make it easier to establish a running game out of the shotgun
- Added jump ball animations
- Different player types (Power RB's and speed RB's should feel completely different and have different animations)

^^All of these are great ideas.^^
The WR/DB interaction is the biggest weakness in the game right now. EA needs to get rid of mirroring. (Where a DB's footing mirrors the WR step for step) There are times that the DB will even be leading the WR in a route, and will make the proper cut before the WR does. DBs shouldn't be able to react to what they can't see. There also aren't nearly enough animations, especially for taller slower WRs. As good as the running game/blocking has gotten, the receiving part of the game is largely still broken. This should be the focus of NCAA 13.
Another shout out for custom stadiums/stadium improvements too. I've wanted this for years. I want to build a small school into a powerhouse, and playing in a dinky stadium takes away from that. Come on EA, you guys can make this happen.
A couple of other requests:
-Redo the commentary. Either get a new booth or start from scratch with Nessler and Herbstreit. (And Corso too. I like his banter with Kirk) This has been stale for a decade now. It should be a dynamic booth too, as in they should be able to stop talking and react to a big play as it's happening. (Look at how the commentators react to an alleyoop in NBA 2k11 as an example.) No more 80 yard TD runs while they're still yapping on about that 2 yard punt return 3 plays ago.
-Incorporate penalties better. Pass interference is a huge part of football, and EA hasn't included it in any football game since the PS1 days. Obviously DBs will need a discipline rating as some guys time their hits perfectly while others constantly get flagged. Most other penalties seem to be fixed with sliders, but EA should try to make their default settings better then.
-Include more than 10 faces. I know that the players have to be generic looking, but that doesn't mean that I should have 20 guys on my team who look like genetic twins. Make a few hundred stock faces or put in a random face generator. (A la Fallout or NBA 2k11)
In all fairness, I haven't played 12 yet. Based on the reviews and comments from others, these still sound like they typical issues in this game though.
