i have never seen it snow in any version i had without me making it snow in exhibition games.

It usually only snows for the Michigan/tOSU game has been my experience. As for it never snowing in September in Columbus, I've lived in Ohio most of my life and although it would be rare, Ohio weather is very weird and I wouldn't be surprised at all if it happened in the past.
