Player ratings +/- from one year to the next
I have a small conversation piece since it seems like the board is woefully slow lately. In relation to individual players, what is the biggest ratings jump or plummet you have seen from one years NCAA to the next? For example, Auburn's Stanley McClover was a 62 in NCAA 05. According to the impact players page, he is a 92 in NCAA 06. It seems Auburn has a player in the game every season that is in the 60s in one EA installment and in the 90s the next. In NCAA 03, Karlos Dansby was a 69 I believe. In NCAA 04 he was a 97. Since I normally play with Auburn exclusively, I was wondering if any other teams in the game experience this? One last example of wacky ratings scenarios. Brandon Cox, who will be AU's QB this season, is only a sophomore. Yet he has been in the game since NCAA 2003, when he was rated a 76 as a true freshman. The following year (after redshirting), he was dropped to a 67, which was followed by a 59 in NCAA 2005. Keep in mind he took a medical year off after the redshirt and didnt see the field until last season. Based on EA's Titanic-like ratings of Cox, I can only imagine he will be a 52 this year. But enough of that, lets hear of some other players.
