Re: Official NCAA 06 Impressions Thread

The game is alot better than last year. The graphics and animations are much improved. The gameplay also seems more solid and fluid. My only negative at this point would be defending the deep ball one-on-one. It seems like an impossible task. lol

Re: Official NCAA 06 Impressions Thread

Can anyone aswer the question about watching CPU vs. CPU games in dynasty, season or RFTH mode? Also, can you control more than one team in dynasty? Thanks again.

ps. I talking about watching CPU vs. CPU of a team besides the one you are controlling. So if I am SDSU and up by one game at the end of the season can I watch to conference rivals duke it out to see who will come in second, for example?

Re: Official NCAA 06 Impressions Thread

I was ready to bash EA, this game, and the whole exclusive license thing all together because of this game. I played this game for like 4 hours today trying to find the right difficulty. I think I'm gonna go with heisman this year. I've always played NCAA on ALL American but I'm not feeling AA this year. I decided to give heisman a try. I'm liking heisman this year. The CPU attribute boost is gone finally, so now the human has a fair chance against the cpu on this level. The CPU plays more intelligently which I like. So now I can plan and strategize just like a real game and don't have to worry about cake wins or knowing I'm gonna score on every drive. The word this year is Heisman ladies and gents. I play on 7 min qtrs with no slider adjustments. I never liked using sliders on NCAA because I personally never see a huge difference but this is just probably due to the way I play the game.
