Even teams

I think it's awesome that this year you can play a ranked game with even teams on. What do you all think of even teams?
In my opinion, those that won't play with even teams sometimes always have to have the upper hand when it comes to talent. It doesn't make both team's players have the same ratings. Star players will still be star players. But it bumps up a few other players to make things even. Cool feature.

I don't really like even teams. This is coming from a person who always uses LSU vs top 10, Georgia Tech vs top 25 and North Texas for a little bit further down. If I'm playing LSU vs USC I would really rather not have even teams. It's just not realistic to play even teams.

Are the rosters the same every game or are rankings randomley generated?

No, the rosters are generally the same, but the weaker team's ratings will be boosted a bit to compensate.
