Bull Rush

Every time I try to bull rush (down on right stick on PS2), my guy just dives forward and falls over. Any help on pulling this move off?

Same here. I have tried to practice this but I can not keep from falling.

Let the DE or DT make contact first before moving the right stick. Even then he will fall, especially when the OL is in pass block mode and moving back some (on running plays the bull technique works better). If you time it right, you can put the OL on his rear and get to the QB.

I noticed that the bull rush works better if your DT or DL is a impact player. Sometimes I fall anyway and other times he'll plow right over the lineman. Whenever I try with any other lineman thats not a IP, I fall over.

Isnt the right stick on the ps2 controller the hit stick?

Yea, but when you're engaged with a lineman or a block, you can use the right stick to do line moves. Left and Right does a swim and a spin move and down does the Bull Rush move.

Yes, and I think that maybe because of this, the computer has trouble recognizing whether you're Big Hitting or Bull Rushing and just craps out, especially if the O-Lineman you're going after isn't making solid contact with you.
