Overtime problems - Has anyone else had the

game freeze whenever a game goes to overtime? I've had two games (against the CPU) go to OT, and after sides are chosen I've gotten dirty disc errors both times. Has anyone actually completed a game that went to OT? Maybe I need a new disc. Thanks for any help.

Ive been in a lot of ot's and its never frozen on me.

Same Here. Never had any problems. Do you have an older xbox? Perhaps the disc is just freezing there due to a faulty drive. Some of the older xboxes had bad thompson DVD drives. If you google thompson xbox drive you can find pictures to help you identify which drive you have.

Or it could just be the disc.

knew a guy on PS2 who had it freeze in OT, but i havent been in one yet.

I have a PS2, and last year (2005) I had a problem with greatest games. The game would play just fine unless the game I had just played in my dynasty was good enough to be a greatest game. If it was, it would lock up as soon as the gun sounded for the end of the game. It was frustrating to have great games that weren't saved in my dynasty because of that. I can't remember if I ever fixed it or not...

i forgot that i had a very similar problem in Fight Night. I called EA and they told me not to have the DVD playback remote reciever plugged in during game play (xbox). Took it out and never had a problem since. I suggest this if you have it plugged.
