NCAA Football 2005: .75?

I was just in Gamestop and asked them how much I could get for a NCAA Football 2005 trade-in, beings that I saw Circuit City selling the game for $49.99 still and Gamestop itself $29.99 new and $24.99.

The kids answer: "That would be 75 cents."

I asked the question again and he said the same answer.

I can't believe this, this cannot be true can it?

At least 5 dollars...

sports games dont hold that much trade value because they come out with a different version each year

I just can't believe a game that came out a year ago can go from $49.99+ tax to 75 cents. I would at least think I could get 10 bucks for it. I'm still shocked.

Actually, I think last years was a little cheaper. 39.99 I believe.

I only sell games to http://www.mx123.com/buy_index.php because its legit and they give heads and above more money than eb or gamestop. The .75 cents is a punch in the nuts especially when they'll turn around and sell it for 10 bucks.

If you have a hastings around, i saw they're giving 35 for ncaa 06 for madden if anyone is wanting to sell 06. I'm not sure yet, I figure if I've got my Heisman player and a few draft classes, it could last. Especially since I'm more interested in just running a Heisman to Superstar for as long as possible.

I traded in 05 to Gamestop two months before 06 came out and I only got $2 for it, so I'm not surprised that you only $.75 for it. It still sucks either way, but what can you do?
