Can a Scrambling QB win the Heisman?

In my RFTH career i am a scrambling QB for USC. I generally have very good stats and maybe 1 or 2 losses a year. So far I have finished 4th, 2nd, and 5th respectively in my first three years.
At the same time, I have a scrambling qb on a created team in my dynasty, and i have finished 2nd 3 out of 4 years.
What does it take to win this thing?

Lots of touchdowns.

Yeah, put up VY type numbers. If you're close, run it in with the QB not the RB. Get your stats to say so and so combined yards with lots of TDs.

Yep Vince Young won it, had 44 TD passes. Also ran the ball well.
