change in impact players

I started the year w/my LLB as my only impact player. Then game 5, my RLB became one w/my LLB. Then game 6, my RLB was no longer impact, but my TE & HB was. Anyone else have this happen?

I have never seen a player dropped from impact status during the year myself. I know some years you start with less than three and after a few games, the CPU picks somebody to fill the void. I think all teams have 3 impact players eventually and most still have three to start the season.

This is the first time I've seen them have their impact status taken away. I've had new impact players during the year.

Started off year 2 at Miami with Ryan Moore, Greg Olsen, and Hester as the impact players. After about four games Ryan Moore got dropped as the impact player and Merriweather my safety picked it up.

I've had it happen. The CPU looks for three non o-lineman players(and i haven't seen too many D-Linemen either)...two for either off or def, and one other. if your returning impact players did not improve too much, and you had a couple of other guys, then you will lose one. You should still end up with 3 (three) impact players by week 6-8 or so.

My second year with Nebraska left me with just 2, I'm guessing the next one will pick up soon. A dynasty I ran with a created team did the same thing.

its happened to me as well when playing with UF.

So far, all of my D impact players have been LB's. I've yet to develop an impact player in the secondary or d-line.
