Do USB thumb drives work for data transfers? I saw one on teamxbox.com that was made specifically for the 360 but from what I read, any kind of thumb drive would work.

Not for game saves, only music, pics, etc..

I've seen the Xbox 360 USB, if it works I think I'll go with that personally.

2005 ruined me on doing rosters, it simply just took too much time, so major kudos to anyone who can do it.

Are there any memory cards that dont cost $40? I dont want to buy a microsoft one if there is one for cheaper...

Look on ebay bro. I got one for $29 with shipping, it is the offical MS one too.

You can buy a used memory card for $24.99 from GameStop, EB Games, and some other video gaming stores. If anyone ever wanted to purchase a "used" memory card from me they can also request one and I'll add the rosters that way too.

Better buy em soon though since once we get to July memory cards will be hard to find, especially used ones, since everyone will be getting them for NCAA. Ditto on the transfer kit guys.
