Diving Over...

How do you dive like you are diving over the pile. I played someone online and he did it even when there was nothing to dive over. I've tried taping X, holding X, and using the right analog. How do you do it?

Everytime I've done it, I've had lineman in front of me. Try diving at about the 1 or 2 yard line with ppl in front of you.

I dove in once and got hit in mid air. It spun the back and made me do a flip. That has to be the coolest animation I've seen yet.

i can only do it when i jump from about the 1 1/2 yard line

I've tried at the 1, 2 and 3 yard line and still can't do it. I don't know what i'm doing wrong.

if there is no one in front of you, i dont think it will work. i always try to jump over my own lineman

own lineman...near goaline. Just press X

I've done it from the 4...there just has to be a pile to jump over

Is this for 360 only?

Ahhh i was thinking that you could do it anytime like in madden for the current gen last year.
