I only allow myself to recruit one guy a season outside my pipeline. All other recruits must be inside. If I'm lucky, I only usually get one top 50 prospect.

I just basically recruit inside my pipelines.

Depending on your teams prestige is always a good way to go by. I'm playing with the PS2 version as Illinois and I'm having the hardest time ever recruiting. Any tips?

I haven't decided what team to stick with in the Dynasty, but I think I'll just mainly recruite from my pipeline or surrounding area.

I could be Minnesota I guess since it'll be a challenge building up their defense and the prestige is only 4 stars.
