Assuming someone did this, they wouldn't even make it into court. Microsoft/EA would settle before they faced any bad publicity like that.

I am actually glad I didn't run out and buy one when they first came out. I thought I would but I used the wait a month rule to see if the excitment for the system wore off and it did for me (after about a day). So I am glad I didn't make an impulse buy like I have in the past with games and other items.

I play my x-box and am having fun.

I'm going to wait until the PS3 is released so I can compare both systems, and weigh the pro and cons. I'm still enjoying my PS2.

Doing the same, sounds like the PS3 is going to be alright.

Trashes 360 then compliments PS3 before it's even been released. LOL....I didn't see that one coming.

Funny thing I have never had a problem with my 360 but now that I think of it NCAA killed it. It still plays but now the wireless controller doesn't work not even the new one I went out and bought. THe XBox doesn't read the memory card anymore and all this happen since I've had NCAA. Now I must pay M$ 130..00 plus shipping to have it fixed

maybe you can take them to People's Court!!
WIth the right lawyer and with the US' horrible legal system you could throw in "Emotional Distress" and probably win.
