i dont get it really
Junior college players don't have as much eligibility as normal recruits. For example, a JUCO Jr. starts out on your team as a junior rather than a freshman.

As for the topic, I just recruited with UVa an 84 OVR cornerback with 99 speed. Should me a good player for me, I think.

got a **** QB with my Army dynasty and he progressed to 82 ovr by the time all the preseason stuff was done.

So I'm starting a true freshman at QB. Despite his rattled status and low composure, he should be pretty damn good.

I also got a 72 ovr walk-on freshman center...which is like the highest I've ever seen. Usually they are like in thr 50's for me.

I'm doing that with a freshman QB too. He's rated 82 overall and starting. My 3rd QB is actually a senior rated 91, but I don't really want to use him. I want to see how many years I can go with one QB to set some school records. It has also made this season a little tougher.

Re: What's your highest rated freshmen?

The highest have a seen from a freshman is either 82 or 83.

But, I have seen freshman ATH turn into the upper 80s, most at TE, FB, or DE.
