Not until you import, atleast that I know of.

Yeah there is no way to tell who made it and who didn't until you import to Madden.

Actually, if you know how many players at each position makes it into the Madden draft pool, you can get a pretty good idea of who will be there. When you're at the Players Leaving screen in NCAA, you can scroll from your team over to NCAA and then you can sort by ratings and position. If you know you many from each position usually is put into Madden, you can just count down from the highest rated til you get to that number, and those are the ones that will be in the draft pool in Madden.

Thanks for the answers. My mistake on the search function. I usually use it, and frankly, if my thread went 2 pages, who cares? Obviously there was more to be discussed.
