Photoshop album maker is not the same as Photoshop. If you don't already have it, I suggest a downloading a free image editor called GIMP. It allows you to do much of what Photoshop and the like do, without the $500 price tag. It can open the custom cover template and allow you to create your own custom cover.

I use Adobe Photoshop CS2.
